1. Who we are

PY Traders is a trading firm based in New Delhi, India. We sell traditional Indian snacks under our own brand, Kadak Snacks, along with our trading and sourcing work. In these terms, the words we, us and our mean PY Traders. The words you and your mean the person placing an order or using this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, registering your details or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order. We may update these terms at any time, and the version shown on this page is the one that applies.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. You must give us correct and complete details, and you are responsible for anything done through your details. We currently deliver only within India.

4. Products and information

We list the ingredients, allergen advice and nutrition details for every product on the order page. Please read them before you buy, especially if you or anyone in your home has a food allergy. Nutrition values are approximate and can vary a little between batches. Photographs are for reference and packaging may change.

We do not make any medical, health or weight loss claims about our food. Our products are ordinary snack foods and nothing more.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you pay is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is taken in full before the order is confirmed. Payments are handled by our payment provider on a secure page. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

6. Confirming an order

Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through and we show you an order reference. In rare cases we may have to decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if we suspect misuse. If we decline an order we will return the full amount you paid.

7. No cancellation and no refund

Because we sell packaged food, an order cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once it is placed. Please check your basket, your address and your phone number carefully before you pay. Our full position is set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Delivery

We pack and hand over orders as quickly as we can and then rely on our delivery partner. Delivery timelines are an estimate, not a promise, and can be affected by weather, local conditions or the courier network. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address you give us. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, any cost of sending it again will be yours.

9. Damaged or wrong items

If a pack reaches you damaged, sealed badly, or is not the item you ordered, message us on +91 92893 71171 within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs. We will check and, where we are at fault, send a replacement. This is a replacement and not a refund.

10. Storing our food

Please store packs in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, and finish an opened pack soon. Once a pack is opened we cannot take responsibility for how it keeps.

11. Using this website

The text, photographs, brand names and designs on this website belong to PY Traders unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or use them for your own business without our written permission. Please do not try to disturb, damage or gain unauthorised access to this website.

12. Our responsibility

We take care with what we sell, but to the extent allowed by law our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost time.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts in New Delhi. Before that, please write to us so we can try to sort the matter out directly.
